Invitation to attend the Market Sounding Seminar of the Public Private Partnership for the Cruise Terminal Development Project at Samui Island, Surat Thani Province
It is our honor to inform you that the Marine Department has appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers FAS Ltd., as the consultant to conduct the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Feasibility Study for the Cruise Terminal Development Project at Samui Island, Surat Thani Province.
As a part of the project’s objectives, the Department will organize the Market Sounding Seminar to encourage public interaction and determine the interests of potential investors. The seminar will also serve to provide the necessary information between public and private sectors such as investment estimation, operation and maintenance costs, sources of fees, and revenue from relevant activities. The seminar will also provide information on appropriate options for PPP. The feedback and opinions received will be greatly appreciated for further project review and consideration, structuring, and improvement. The seminar will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 from 8.30 AM – 12.00 PM at the Infinity Ballroom, Pullman Bangkok King Power, Bangkok, Thailand and via Video Conference (Online).
